                                              4. What Products can you sell ?

                                              You can sell only the categories which we listed in our website. If some of your products don’t fit our internal guidelines and parameters, we may not list them as well.  

                                              5. Is there any monthly subscription fee?

                                              We not charging seller registration fee or monthly listing/subscription fee. You only pay commission to us, when we get you orders. For commission detail click the tagged link " Commission Fee "

                                              6. What are the Pre-conditions to become a Seller on Tamilnadu Exporter Club?

                                              The most important condition for selling on Tamilnadu Exporters Club is that your products should not be dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted by Indian Government. They can be all natural; organic; and handmade. From a more business sense, you’d need the following documentation:

                                              1. Name
                                              2. Mobile Number
                                              3. Email
                                              4. Company Name
                                              5. Business Details
                                              6. GST Certificate (Mandatory)
                                              7. Pan Card
                                              8. Product Name and Price
                                              9. Brand Labelling Image for each product
                                              10. Product HSN Code with Stock details
                                              11. Detail Specification or Description of your product
                                              12. FSSAI License (Applicable for Food products)
                                              13. Brand Labelling Image for each product
                                              14. Nutritional Label (Applicable for Food products).  


                                              8. Who will do packing?

                                              It is Seller's Responsibility to do proper Packing on their Product. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your place and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch. In case it is found that the packaging was inappropriate the product shipment will be cancelled and product will be to reshipped from the seller’s end with Proper packing. If required assistance can be provided with minimum charges.  

                                              9. Does Tamilnadu Exporters Club will provide packaging material?

                                              Yes If required we will provide packing material & services with applicable charges. We have a strong network of best packaging material providers in the industry. We can connect you with them to get good quality packaging material which impresses the customers and ensures your products remain undamaged.

                                              10. What are the Shipping Service Areas Tamilnadu Exporters Club can cover?

                                              Our Shipping Service includes 19000+ Domestic Pin Codes and 150+ International Countries. we have partnership with all major logistics services in India. For Pin code details click the link Shipping Pin Codes ". 

                                              11. Who need to pay shipping / Courier / Deliver charges?

                                              Shipping charge will paid by buyer. Rs 50/ Kg will be charged to buyer, if the order value is less than Rs 1000/-. While, orders of Rs 1000/- ( less than 2 kg) or above are delivered free.


                                              12. What is the Payout Terms?

                                              Once your Order is fulfilled, you will receive system generated Invoice copy, after that you will receive the payment within next 7 working days. A detailed PDF will be emailed to you along with customer feedback and sales details for reconciliation (accounting). 

                                              13. Is Cash on Delivery Available? How are Cash on Delivery transactions carried out?

                                              Yes Cash on delivery option is available. All COD orders money is collected by our courier partner and is remitted into Tamilnadu Exporters Club Bank account in 20 Days. While doing the monthly reconciliation, we deduct the commission chargeable, along with taxes, and remit the balance amount to your account. This settlement includes both online as well as COD payments. The amount is transferred to you on a monthly basis.

                                              14. Who takes responsibility if the product is damaged during transit?

                                              We have partnered with the best logistics companies in the country based on their fulfillment history.There are hardly instances where there has been mishandling of an order from their end.But in case it does happen, a thorough investigation is taken place, and we look into the entire matter.

                                              The investigation takes place as follows:

                                              Foremost, we ask the customer to send us a picture of the manner in which they have received the product.

                                              Then, we confirm from the seller if sufficient care was taken while packing the product from their end.

                                              In case it is found that the packaging was inappropriate the product has to reshipped from the seller’s end

                                              In case the product is misplaced/mishandled during transit by our Logistics partners we make sure the amount for the product gets refunded to the seller.
